Collaboration will be key, as you will work with suppliers, technical teams, and buyers to ensure product quality, compliance, and profitability. You will also conduct taste panels, benchmarking, and competitor analysis to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, supporting sustainability and innovation goals through packaging and ingredient choices will be part of your responsibilities.
