Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a skilled 3rd Line Cloud Support Engineer with experience in the following areas:
- NSX-T
- Cisco Firepower Management Centre
- Cisco IOS
- Cisco ISE
- Juniper Switches & JUNOS
- SolarWinds
Please note that eligibility and willingness to undergo high-level security clearance is mandatory for this role.
Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing 3rd Line support in a secure cloud and network environment.
- Using our IT Service Management Toolset to manage incidents and requests.
- Monitoring and triaging events using event management tooling.
- Escalating and resolving incidents, while driving service improvement initiatives.

You will collaborate with 2nd and 3rd Line Engineers, supporting a high-profile user community and engaging directly with customers and stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day service operations. We offer a competitive salary based on experience, a company bonus structure of 5%-15%, and a security clearance bonus of 10%.
