Must:
We are looking for an experienced Sage X3 support consultant with strong support skills. You should be able to demonstrate your proficiency across the entire X3 product range. A collaborative mindset is essential, as you will have the backup of our consultants when needed.
Responsibilities
In this fully remote role, you will support our existing Sage X3 customers, ensuring they receive world-class service that will enhance their experience and satisfaction. You will also have the opportunity to influence how our support team operates, decide on processes, and play a key role in organizing and potentially growing the team.
