Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is essential.
- Strong technical expertise across:
- Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
- Azure Active Directory & Conditional Access
- Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
- Microsoft Defender security suite
- Deep troubleshooting skills across networks, infrastructure, and applications.
- Experience with firewall management, routing, and VPN configuration.
- Skilled in automation/scripting (PowerShell preferred).
- Comfortable managing both remote and on-site support for diverse client environments.

Responsibilities
- Act as the final escalation point for complex technical issues across client environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced incidents involving networking, infrastructure, cloud services, and security.
- Deliver and support Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune deployments.
- Manage advanced configurations within Azure (VMs, networking, conditional access, security policies).
- Lead infrastructure and cloud migration projects end-to-end.
- Implement and maintain monitoring, automation, and compliance tools.
- Support and mentor 1st/2nd line engineers, providing guidance and technical leadership.
- Maintain and improve documentation, standards, and best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal systems and processes.
