Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a D365 Developer with solid experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development, particularly across both CRM and Finance & Operations. You should have a proven track record in large-scale digital programs or strategic transformation projects. A strong understanding of Agile development methodologies is essential. Experience working with and integrating Power Platform applications, especially Power Apps, is required. You should be comfortable translating stakeholder requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will design, develop, and configure solutions within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and CRM environments. You will work closely with product managers to interpret business needs and deliver against user stories, features, and epics. Additionally, you will support the migration of critical data and workflows from Sage CRM into D365. Collaborating with teams building Power Apps to ensure smooth integration and end-to-end functionality is also part of your responsibilities. You will contribute to the overall technical delivery across a large, strategic transformation project.
Description
This is a contract role (Inside IR35) with a rate of £400-£475 per day, and it has a duration of 26 months initially. We offer a hybrid working model based in Sedgefield, with an on-site presence preferred, although we can be flexible for the right candidate. We are seeking someone who is proactive, thrives in dynamic project environments, and enjoys delivering value through modern Microsoft technologies.
