Requirements
Must:
- Professional certification in ITIL Change and Release Management
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT change and release management
- Proven track record of successfully managing IT changes and releases
- Strong understanding of IT change and release management processes
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement change and release management processes
- Coordinate and manage IT changes and releases
- Ensure successful deployment of changes and releases
- Collaborate with IT teams to plan and schedule changes
- Monitor and report on change and release activities
- Review and improve change and release processes
Description
We are offering a permanent full-time position located in Bristol, where you will be expected to work on-site 3 days a week. The salary ranges from £50,000 to £60,000 per annum. We provide a pension scheme with contributions up to 15%, along with a discretionary bonus. We prioritize a relaxed work/life balance, ensuring that no one works after 5 PM, and it is common for our employees to receive a 5% pay increase each year. Some flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate change and release activities, and the role may involve occasional travel to other locations for meetings or project-related activities.
