Requirements
Must:
- Degree in Information Technology/Computer Sciences or equivalent.
- Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience working in pharmaceutical organizations is advantageous.
- Proven experience in leading and developing a team.
- Knowledge of Office 365 and Azure Entra is essential.
- Excellent understanding of technical management, information analysis, and troubleshooting practices for computer hardware/software systems.
- Expertise in data management, data governance, and general IT security practices.
- Understanding of computerized systems used in pharmaceutical operations.
Responsibilities
- Shape and deliver a global IT roadmap aligned with our company's growth, advising senior leadership on efficiencies, scalability, and resilience.
- Oversee IT operations and infrastructure across the UK, US, and Germany, ensuring secure and reliable networks, cloud services, and systems.
- Ensure GxP compliance and maintain audit readiness through robust validation frameworks and collaboration with QA and regulatory bodies.
- Lead cybersecurity strategy, including access controls, incident response, and vulnerability management.
- Build and mentor a global IT team while managing external providers to ensure performance meets service level agreements (SLAs).
- Manage IT budgets, forecasting, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive value and accountability.
- Champion innovation, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance compliance, efficiency, and overall business performance.
