Must:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice IT Technician who is at least 25 years old and has a genuine interest in IT, audio, and video systems. You should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, be reliable, organized, and eager to learn. You must also be physically able to lift and install equipment, including the use of power tools. Flexibility for occasional early starts or late finishes is essential, and a full UK driving license is required.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will install, configure, and maintain AV and IT equipment. You will support CCTV, sound systems, digital displays, and boardroom installations. Providing onsite and remote technical support to customers will be a part of your day-to-day activities. Additionally, you will assist with data cabling and network setups, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues, and maintain clear records of assets and incidents.
