Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience working with and developing the Proclaim Case Management System.
- A degree-level education is advantageous, but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of legal workflows and their application within case management platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, creative, and analytical approach to solving problems.
- Familiarity with databases is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of the Proclaim Case Management System.
- Create and refine document templates and workflow processes.
- Develop and support innovative business solutions to enhance operations.
- Produce insightful Management Information (MI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Continuously monitor industry trends to inform system improvements and best practices.
Description
We are an advanced legal company seeking to add a Developer to our team, specifically to work on our Proclaim Case Management System. The successful candidate will be a team player eager to build on their skills and experience in a vibrant working environment. You will be directly responsible for building solutions and enhancing existing functionality within the case management system while ensuring the integration of the system with other business solutions and services.
