Must:
We are looking for candidates with an ICT background within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment who have experience leading a team. Solid customer service skills are essential, including excellent verbal and written communication abilities. We require technical expertise in IT infrastructure and systems administration, with proficiency in networking, security, and cloud technologies. Essential experience should include Microsoft 365, premise-based servers, virtualization technologies, SharePoint, Azure, backup solutions, and security firewalls. You should enjoy working as part of a team, be comfortable using CRMs and documentation solutions, and hold a valid full UK driving license.

Responsibilities
As the IT Delivery Engineering Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment that prioritizes team morale and culture. You will develop and implement training programs to support the ongoing professional development of team members, ensuring they excel in their roles. Our focus on customer satisfaction requires you to champion a customer-centric approach to service delivery and empower the team to exceed expectations. You will collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and recommend technology solutions that align with their objectives. Staying abreast of industry trends, you will make recommendations for service enhancements and innovations. You will work closely with our IT Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget, collaborating with IT delivery engineers on various projects including email migrations, firewall installations, and email threat protection implementations. Additionally, you will create documentation and knowledge base articles to assist users and provide exceptional customer service through effective communication with end-users. Ongoing training and professional development will also be part of your key responsibilities.

This full-time permanent role offers a salary between £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, with flexible working hours and a supportive environment. Along with a competitive salary, you will benefit from a staff share equity scheme, onsite parking, and 21 days holiday, increasing to 25 after 4 years of service (plus bank holidays). Please note that due to the nature of the role, we cannot offer sponsorship or relocation assistance, so candidates must already reside in the UK.
