Requirements
Must:
We are looking for an experienced IT Technician who possesses a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services, Microsoft Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra. You should have experience installing hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, and tablets, along with mobile device management (Intune). A solid knowledge of network infrastructure and systems including DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, and VLANs is essential. Familiarity with software support and fault finding is necessary, and experience with virtualization would be a distinct advantage. You must also have a full driving license, as the role involves some travel. We value efficiency, organization, and a confident, friendly demeanor along with keen attention to detail. Strong keyboard skills are essential.
Responsibilities
As an IT Technician at our Head Office in Clifton, Penrith, you will be supporting multiple sites throughout the UK. Your duties will include managing Microsoft 365 services, maintaining Microsoft Active Directory, and supervising mobile device management. You will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting hardware, providing software support, and resolving network-related issues.
