Requirements
Must:
To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience working in a senior leadership position within an IT directorate. It's important that you have some experience with ERP systems, and experience with end-of-life or replacement projects would be particularly beneficial. Additionally, you must possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of managing technical teams. A background in IT infrastructure, systems, and security will also be advantageous.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will lead a small team of IT technicians and be responsible for strategic IT leadership, offering hands-on support as needed. I will spearhead an ERP replacement project and ensure best practices in Data and Network Security, as well as across IT service delivery. Managing relationships with third-party suppliers and vendors will be a key part of my responsibilities, along with overseeing the IT budget for the entire organization.
Description
We are offering a competitive salary of up to £75,000, depending on experience, along with the opportunity to work in a leadership role that comes with a broad range of responsibilities and a significant amount of autonomy. I will have the chance to lead interesting IT projects and work on overarching IT strategies. Following the initial probation period, a hybrid working arrangement will typically involve three days in our Bath office.
