Requirements

Must:
- Experience in managing IT environments. - Understanding of the software development lifecycle and ITIL. - Knowledge of cloud platforms and virtualization, particularly in Azure-based ecosystems. - Skilled in managing environment dependencies, maintaining configuration consistency, and performing data masking across multiple platforms and test stages. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools and scripting. - Experience coordinating environment allocation and availability to support various testing phases (system, UAT, performance). - Ability to manage competing environment demands across multiple delivery teams.

Responsibilities

- Manage non-production environments and coordinate deployments across development, test, and staging platforms. - Ensure stable and consistent environments are available for system delivery. - Support automation and reliability of deployment processes in line with business needs. - Analyze and identify areas for modification and improvement in environment management practices. - Deploy new applications to meet customer requirements and conduct environment and deployment-related tests. - Monitor, diagnose, and correct performance or configuration issues based on user feedback. - Identify and resolve straightforward environment or configuration issues to ensure reliable application deployments.

This is a permanent hybrid role with a flexible base location across England, with a salary range of £45,168 to £61,234 per annum, depending on your experience.
