Requirements
Must:
- Must possess SC Clearance.
- Candidates with prior high-level security clearance are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Manage queue ticket assignments for our Hub and surrounding spokes, ensuring appropriate updates and call management to meet service levels as per contract.
- Oversee Hub Stock management, including asset management of kit in/out (scanning items in/out of locations) as per contract.
- Effectively manage disposals processed through the Hub as per contract.
- Triage and execute hardware repairs on 'in Warranty kit' and coordinate with vendors for parts and returns as per contract.
- Conduct locker replenishments where appropriate, as per contract.
- Identify potential service issues or improvements and communicate them to the Team Leader.
- Adhere to agreed processes and procedures set by the Authority (site regulations, etc.) or our internal guidelines.
