We are looking for a Summer Intern IT Technician with a strong interest in technology and a desire to support our IT systems. Ideal candidates should have a basic understanding of hardware and software configurations, as well as troubleshooting skills. You will be assisting both staff and students, so effective communication is essential. A commitment to supporting a diverse educational environment is also important.
Responsibilities
As a Summer Intern in our IT Services team, you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support across the college. Your duties will include maintaining hardware and software configurations, troubleshooting network issues, and delivering basic technical assistance to users. You will work closely with senior IT staff and collaborate with various departments to ensure our technology resources are effective and secure.
