Must:

- Experience in laptop/desktop builds and configuration
- Good working knowledge of Active Directory
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11 environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
As a First Line Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Building, configuring, and deploying laptops and desktops following documented procedures
- Managing starter and leaver processes, setting up and closing user accounts, completing access forms, and ensuring smooth transitions
- Creating, managing, and disabling user accounts in Active Directory
- Providing first-line technical support across Microsoft environments, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Following IT processes and maintaining accurate documentation

We are a growing IT Managed Service Provider located in King's Lynn, looking for a proactive and detail-oriented First Line Support Engineer to join our team in a hybrid work environment (2-3 days on-site). Our company is the UK’s leading provider of IT Outsourced Services to the Social Care, Assisted Living, and Specialist Education sectors. We primarily support enterprise-level Commercial, Not-for-Profit, and Public Sector organizations with multiple locations and staff across the UK. In return for your expertise, we offer a salary of £27,000, along with 25 days of holiday and regular progression reviews with opportunities for promotion.
