Requirements
Must:
- Electrical/electronic background with hands-on experience in control circuits, motors, and drives.
- NVQ Level 4 / ONC or higher in an Electrical/Electronic discipline.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and adapt support to the customer’s skill level.
- A proactive, professional approach — someone who takes ownership and delivers excellence.
- Lift industry experience is a nice to have but not essential as we provide comprehensive training.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot control circuits, motors, and drives remotely and on-site.
- Guide customers step-by-step in fault finding and equipment set-up.
- Provide training at our factory or on customer sites.
- Keep our technical support system up to date for accurate information.
- Support modifications, share insights with colleagues, and ensure all customer queries are resolved or escalated.
- Represent DAC as the Dependable Technical Contact our customers can trust.
