Requirements

Must:
We are looking for individuals who share our customer-first passion and take pride in the service they provide. The successful candidate will be a current senior 1st or 2nd line technician, ideally with experience in an MSP environment (although this is not essential). You should have remote and on-site IT support experience, as well as a strong working knowledge of Microsoft-based operating systems, particularly Microsoft Cloud solutions. Other required experience and skills include: - Microsoft 365 – Exchange Online / SharePoint Online / Microsoft Teams / Entra ID (Azure AD) - Modern Management Technologies – Intune / Windows Autopilot / Enterprise Mobility - Networking - Routers, Firewalls, Switches, and general troubleshooting A valid driver’s license is essential, as we will provide a work van and fuel card.

Responsibilities

As a Senior 1st / 2nd line technician, my role entails a combination of office and customer site-based work from Monday to Friday. Your duties will include: - Answering customer calls, logging cases, and managing queries from beginning to resolution while keeping customers updated. - Working through assigned tickets from triage to resolution and maintaining customer communication throughout. - Supporting junior team members and acting as an overflow during busy periods. - Escalating issues to 3rd Line support when necessary. - Assisting with project deployment work as needed. - Deploying and maintaining software and hardware as required. - Ensuring thorough documentation of all tickets using Tela's CRM. - Upholding a high degree of service for all support queries and adhering to service management principles.
