Requirements
Must:
- 4+ years in IT support (MSP experience preferred)
- Strong Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and networking fundamentals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence and reliable transport
- Strong experience in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune), Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Windows 11, Active Directory, DNS, VPN, TCP/IP, Group Policy, Hyper-V, Networking, VoIP (Microsoft certifications desirable)
Responsibilities
- Resolve 2nd line tickets across desktop, server, network, and cloud
- Escalate complex issues to 3rd line when needed
- Assist with client onboarding and small projects
- Maintain documentation and knowledge base
- Mentor 1st line engineers and contribute to team goals
- Travel to client sites as required
