Data Scientist

As a Data Scientist, you will play a key role in data-driven decision-making within our organization. Your main responsibilities will include developing and maintaining robust data pipelines to support analytics and machine learning initiatives. You'll build and deploy predictive models using statistical methods and machine learning algorithms while ensuring high data quality through validation, monitoring, and automated checks. You'll also be tasked with translating business needs into clear analytical approaches and solutions, communicating results and insights through dashboards, reports, and presentations. You will spearhead data experiments like A/B tests to guide strategic choices and present findings using clear and compelling visualizations in Power BI or Python-based libraries. Additionally, you will seek out new ways to use data to enhance services, processes, and customer satisfaction, all while contributing within an Agile framework and mentoring your teammates on data best practices.
