We are looking for a self-starter who possesses excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities. You should have experience in line management, team leadership, and technical mentoring. Additionally, confidence in working within a modern cloud-based data ecosystem is essential.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will lead a small team of engineers, providing mentorship and technical guidance. I will take ownership of the health and stability of a widely used data platform. My responsibilities will also include managing and improving a heavy Airflow estate within a GCP-based environment, ensuring robust engineering practices and continuous platform improvement.
