Must:
I am looking for candidates who have previous experience in a 1st line support or helpdesk role and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a basic understanding of Windows OS, Office 365, and networking fundamentals. The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks is essential. I value a genuine interest in IT and an eagerness to learn.
Responsibilities
As a 1st Line Support Engineer, I expect you to provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and our ticketing system. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, while escalating complex problems to our 2nd and 3rd line support teams. It is important to maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions, assist with user account management in Active Directory and Office 365, and support the setup and configuration of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Above all, I want you to deliver excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of issues.
