Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with strong experience in data integration, ETL development, or API engineering. Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with at least one of the following is essential: PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle. You should have a good understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON/XML, and data transformation scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Python, XPath). Experience with integration engines is desirable but not necessary. An understanding of data standards is a plus, but we are open to providing learning opportunities on the job. An Agile/DevOps mindset with experience in version control and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of data integration flows across a complex digital ecosystem. You will build and maintain data pipelines and APIs using ETL tools and scripting languages, ensuring performance optimization and troubleshooting integration flows. Collaboration with data teams to define and maintain mapping logic and ensure compliance with data governance standards is key. You will also contribute to integration architecture design and produce technical documentation, SOPs, and post-incident reviews. Additionally, you will monitor integration performance, provide support for planned and unplanned changes, and work with technical teams, product owners, and external vendors to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior developers and lead integration workstreams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
