Data and AI Solutions Engineer

We are looking for candidates with proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining secure applications on major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure). Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and other relevant languages are essential. You should be capable of building AI-driven solutions using large language models (LLMs) and techniques such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agent-based approaches, supported by frameworks like LangChain and CrewAI. Proficiency in leveraging AI model APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic) and rapid prototyping tools such as Streamlit, as well as AI-native developer tools like Cursor, is required. We value exceptional stakeholder management skills that enable you to build strong relationships and confidently lead client demos and presentations. You should be highly motivated by solving problems in innovative and novel ways, demonstrating ownership, initiative, and a proactive approach to challenges, embodying a co-founder mentality. Experience in implementing data modeling and transformation processes, including the use of vector stores, to support advanced analytics and AI initiatives is also necessary.
