Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a Junior Data Specialist with a strong analytical mindset and excellent organizational skills. You should have experience in a data-related role and be proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data manipulation (such as Power Query). We value individuals who can demonstrate compliance and attention to detail, possess the ability to learn quickly, and communicate technical information effectively to clients. A small amount of travel around the UK may be required for on-site client visits.
Responsibilities
As part of our data specialist team, your responsibilities will include assisting with the collection, cleaning, and validation of packaging data from both internal systems and external stakeholders. You will process and prepare datasets for regulatory and client submissions, ensuring accuracy and completeness. It will be essential to perform initial data quality checks, flagging inconsistencies or anomalies for review, while collaborating with the team to meet submission deadlines and regulatory timelines. Additionally, you will engage with clients to address data queries, coordinate with account managers, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, while maintaining detailed records of data processing methodologies.
