Requirements
Must:
- You must have commercial experience in a technical support position.
- We value top academics and are looking for a minimum of a 2.1 bachelor's degree from an internationally renowned University in a STEM-related discipline, along with at least ABB at A Level (or the international equivalent).
- Basic scripting knowledge in Python or Bash is beneficial.
- You should genuinely care about the customer experience and have relevant experience to demonstrate this.
- We are looking for a motivated self-starter with a problem-solving attitude.
- You should possess a strong aptitude for picking up new technologies.
- You need to have the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Great communication skills with fluent spoken and written English are essential.
- You must be keen to work in a client-facing technical role rather than pursuing the R&D route.
Responsibilities
- You will initially receive comprehensive training on our machine learning platform to understand the intricacies of the product.
- Following your training, you will act as the main point of contact, liaising with customers and internal teams (predominantly the tech team).
- You will manage customer issues from the initial report through to resolution.
- You will perform basic troubleshooting and escalate more complex issues to the tech team as needed.
- Throughout the resolution process, you will ensure an excellent customer experience.
