Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with previous experience managing and leading an IT support or helpdesk team. You should possess a strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Windows Server. Additionally, a solid infrastructure background with hands-on skills in networking, cloud, and endpoint management is essential. You must understand IT governance, cyber security standards, and risk management. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to engage stakeholders across the business are crucial. We appreciate a balance of technical expertise and a customer-first leadership style.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will expect you to lead and mentor the IT support team, setting high standards for customer service and technical delivery. You will act as the final escalation point for IT issues, providing hands-on support where needed. Managing and delivering internal IT projects related to infrastructure, systems, and upgrades will be part of your responsibilities. You will work closely with suppliers and our group IT team to maximize value from technology partnerships. Additionally, overseeing IT governance, standards, documentation, and security compliance will be paramount. You will also drive service improvements, performance metrics, and process ownership within IT support. Finally, you will take responsibility for Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows Server environments, and endpoint management.
