Requirements
Must:
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated. You should have at least 3 years of experience with Yardi Voyager 7S, including implementations and upgrades. Proficiency in ETLs and SQL is essential, and experience with YSR/SSRS is ideal. You should be comfortable explaining complex systems to non-technical users and be able to work with stakeholders at all levels to deliver improvements. Additionally, having knowledge of the property sector or real estate investment is advantageous. Familiarity with SaaS integrations, Power BI, or SharePoint Online is a plus, as is possessing ITIL or PMP certification.
Responsibilities
As a Yardi Support Specialist, you will administer and maintain Yardi Voyager, Yardi One, Site Manager, CRM Flex, and RentCafé. You will lead upgrades, integrations, enhancements, and testing. Designing and maintaining custom reports, tasks, and scripts will be part of your role. You will provide support, training, and documentation for users across the business and collaborate with finance, real estate, and IT teams to ensure best practices and data integrity.
