Must:

- Juniper, Cisco, and HP routing, switching, and wireless
- Fortinet Firewalls
- HPE Aruba Airwave and ClearPass
- Meraki and Ubiquiti
- Solarwinds
- Routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP
- VoIP and SIP technologies
- LAN/WAN concepts, including Fibre, Ethernet, and xDSL
Additionally, you will have excellent written and oral communication skills, along with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. You should exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and continuous career development.
Responsibilities
As a Commsworld Network Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Providing telephone and ticket-based customer support
- Diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently
- Ensuring customers are updated within agreed SLA's
- Maintaining accurate records of activities throughout the ticket lifecycle
- Supporting the team manager in continuous improvement of team processes
- Being flexible and willing to work outside core business hours when required
