We are looking for a candidate who possesses proven experience in an administrative role. Familiarity with Big Change software is desirable. The ideal applicant will have strong organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy. Effective phone etiquette and communication abilities are essential, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving. You should be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

In this pivotal role, you will manage various administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of our Operations Department. Your responsibilities will include: - Receiving all helpdesk emails and allocating them to the correct team member. Once notified that a job is completed, you will file the helpdesk emails accurately and in a timely manner. - Handling incoming calls from clients, service partners, and field engineers. - Requesting quotes from Service Partners and providing clients with costs while scheduling work according to requirements. - Collating engineer reports, reviewing them, and sending them to clients. - Assisting the Operations department by updating Operating Software with accurate site information and subcontractor details. - Managing daily office operations to ensure efficient workflow. - Performing data entry tasks accurately and promptly. - Providing finance support by raising task completion sheets for the Accounts Department to generate invoices. - Offering clerical support, including filing, document preparation, and correspondence management. - Assisting in the development of office procedures to enhance productivity.
