Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary software engineering teams across geographies
- Strong technical background across API, front-end, and full-stack environments
- Demonstrated ability to embed compliance standards within the development lifecycle
- Track record of building and delivering scalable, secure platforms in a regulated environment
- Hands-on leadership style with a focus on mentoring, quality, and technical delivery
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale engineering teams delivering secure GraphQL and RESTful APIs
- Guide front-end teams building compliant React and web portals
- Oversee full-stack teams developing ASP.NET applications for onboarding and reporting
- Drive quality engineering practices using tools like Playwright, SpecFlow, and Testiny
- Collaborate with Product, Delivery, and Architecture to define and deliver a value-driven roadmap
- Champion data architecture and resilience using Snowflake and MS SQL
- Promote Lean and Agile methodologies to deliver on time and within budget
