Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in delivering software development solutions (both greenfield and brownfield) using Agile development methodologies.
- Experience working across various platforms, including aspects of data and multi-cloud exposure, demonstrating technical creativity in delivering client solutions.
- Working exposure/experience in Energy, Commodities, and preferably Financial Services.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle models and multiple agile principles and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, Nexus, SAFe, LESS, and DSDM.
- Exceptional academic record, typically achieving a 2.1 or above in Computer Science at the degree and/or post-graduate level.
- Client-focused, positive, and driven to collaboratively find technology solutions for our clients' businesses.
- Excellent people leadership skills, with proven experience in hiring strong technical talent, motivating teams, and creating healthy, productive, and ethical work environments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of bespoke software development, including planning, leading, organizing, and motivating small agile teams to achieve high performance.
- Manage the delivery of multiple projects, coordinating a team of consultants across various locations in the UK, US, and India.
- Lead workshops, run proof of concept sessions, and conduct pre-sales client meetings.
- Work closely within the management team to resolve issues and serve as a technical escalation point for project teams and clients.
- Ensure clients are billed accurately according to resource plans.
