Parking Equipment Support Engineer

In this role, I will rely on you to provide 2nd line Parking Equipment support both remotely and on-site, working independently or alongside NCP Operations, Technology Service Desk colleagues, or third-party Service Engineers. You will troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and process failures, determine root causes, and implement remedies. I expect you to review and contribute to maintenance plans and workflows while serving as a repair coordinator for turnarounds and planned preventive maintenance activities. Post-maintenance monitoring will be part of your duties to ensure that repairs and changes are effective and of high quality. You will advise NCP Operations and Technology Service Desk on the efficient use and practice of equipment to minimize downtime. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining standard support documentation covering parking equipment operation, engineering, technical knowledge transfer, and maintenance disciplines. Refurbishing equipment and keeping accurate records of part/assets stock on NCP's central equipment store will also be required. Finally, you will build equipment in preparation for projects, including end-to-end testing to ensure functionality before installation on-site.
