We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an IT Application Support Analyst. You should be customer-focused and able to work independently to provide application support on the latest technologies and systems. Ideally, you would have previous experience working in a Housing environment, but this is not essential for the right candidate. If you feel you possess most of the qualifications we seek, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing first- and second-line customer support for our core business systems, including but not limited to the Housing Management System (Cx), Asset Management System (Keystone), EDM system (DocuWare), and MSO365; including SharePoint online, Teams, and Power Apps.
- Managing the IT Service Desk by monitoring and resolving incidents and promoting changes.
- Collaborating with staff and teams across the organization to implement process changes in our business systems in a professional and timely manner.
- Leading the testing of new technology and cyclical system upgrades.
- Providing low-level SQL support and troubleshooting.
- Championing our Business Technology and Transformation (BTT) initiatives, digital working, and mobile technology.
- Creating training materials on system changes and new technology solutions, and ensuring that the benefits of new technologies, systems, and business processes are fully realized.
Description
This is a permanent, full-time position based in Chester, with a salary range of £31,671 to £35,700 per annum. You will be part of a passionate and dynamic Business Technology and Transformation Team that is committed to maximizing the benefits of our ICT investment.
