Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who have extensive experience with layer 2 and layer 3 technologies. A strong understanding of network security, vendor management, and technical migrations is essential. Familiarity with IPv4 and IPv6, as well as knowledge of Ethernet, Class of Service (CoS), and Quality of Service (QoS) are also important.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will ensure that network solutions are delivered in a scalable, standardized, and secure manner. I will collaborate with stakeholders to recommend best practices and solutions. Leading projects and functional teams, I will take a broader perspective on the business to identify effective solutions while being involved in structural planning and project management.
Description
This is a Senior Network Engineer opportunity on an initial 6-month contract inside IR35, with a competitive daily rate ranging from £550 to £650. The position is hybrid and based in Milton Keynes, where I will be working for a leading telecommunications company to manage the full lifecycle of their active network components.
