Requirements

- Working towards or holding a CCNA or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams, primarily assisting with 1st Line escalations.
- Help monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues across LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, and Unified Communications environments.
- Assist with remote implementation tasks under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Participate in training and development programs to build your technical expertise.
- Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and best practices in networking.
Description
We are currently on the lookout for a Junior Network Engineer to join our dynamic and supportive technical team in Liverpool. This position involves 5 days a week in the office with a salary range of £25,000 - £28,000 (dependent on experience). You will assist in the delivery and support of network solutions for our diverse customer base across the Public Sector, Retail, and corporate environments. You will work alongside experienced engineers, gaining hands-on experience with a variety of technologies including LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Unified Communications, and Wi-Fi, in both cloud and on-premise environments. Furthermore, you will support the 1st Line team by troubleshooting and resolving network issues while developing your technical skills. You will also have the opportunity to assist with remote implementations under guidance.
