Requirements
Must:
- 2-4 years of experience in network operations and support or data center environments
- Strong understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching)
- Hands-on experience with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and cabling standards
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed technical instructions from remote teams
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow and ITIL processes is a plus
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site support for network equipment, servers, and related infrastructure in data centers and office environments
- Perform physical tasks such as cabling, racking, stacking, and replacing hardware components
- Assist in network troubleshooting, including connectivity issues, hardware failures, and configuration support under remote guidance
- Execute smart hands activities, including power cycling, patching, and device resets as per instructions from NOC or engineering teams
- Maintain accurate documentation of activities, incidents, and changes performed on-site
- Coordinate with remote network operations teams to resolve escalated issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with customer security and operational standards during all activities
