Requirements

Must:
- Proven experience in a senior analytics role, with a successful track record of leading analytics projects and teams. - Ability to engage diverse audiences to effectively transfer knowledge and build skills. - Experience in developing transparent metrics to measure and influence change. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to present data findings to non-technical stakeholders. - A passion for data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of data specialists, providing direction, development, and support in their day-to-day activities. - Implement and evolve the 2-year Analytics strategy (by April 2025) to support our organization's business objectives. - Oversee and rationalize processes for the collection and analysis of data from various sources, including internal systems and third-party tools, to develop evidence, identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reporting outputs that track and measure performance. - Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis, aiding informed decision-making and driving business performance. - Drive data governance initiatives by establishing data quality standards, ensuring data accuracy, and implementing data security measures. - Communicate complex analytical findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations, reports, and visualizations. - Take a proactive approach to challenge the status quo and make evidence-based suggestions for improvement, influencing change based on knowledge of industry trends and advancements in analytics tools and technologies. - Establish effective partnerships across the organization and networks with appropriate contract authorities, partners, and suppliers to enhance Analytics services. - Focus on improving data fluency and analytical skills in both formal and informal learning environments, promoting best practices and enhancing analytics competencies across the organization.
