Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a professional who is familiar with Windows 11 and associated technological implementations. You should possess strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. Excellent communication skills are also essential, particularly over the phone and via Teams.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide day-to-day store-facing service, both over the phone and on Teams. You will be responsible for planning, booking, and processing store schedules for technology implementation to ensure program efficiency. You will proactively identify issues and work alongside your Line Manager to develop effective solutions. It will also be your duty to feed valuable information to the Programme Team to assist in rolling out schedules. We expect you to champion the behaviours and values upheld by our company, working collaboratively and cross-functionally with all relevant departments while delivering exceptional customer service to our store partners.
