Requirements
Must:
I expect you to have experience with application monitoring tools such as AppDynamics. A working knowledge of AWS and experience using Terraform and Ansible is essential. You should possess strong experience in Python and hands-on experience with CI/CD tools. Additionally, a solid understanding of network and web technologies, as well as experience with Jira, is required.
Responsibilities
In this role, I want you to take ownership of the end-to-end monitoring and alerting stack. You will design and maintain the infrastructure and alert configurations (e.g., with Prometheus/Grafana or equivalent) and build dashboards that clearly communicate metrics to our business stakeholders. I need you to drive system automation and integration by crafting scripts and workflows—primarily in Python—to onboard new services, schedule jobs via Control-M, and bridge systems using custom automation frameworks. On the CI/CD front, you'll be responsible for authoring and refining GitHub Actions pipelines to automate deployments into test and production environments. Ultimately, you'll maintain a holistic view of our infrastructure and gaming platform stack.
