Requirements
Must:
- Solid IT support experience (ideally across multi-site environments)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a calm, client-first approach
- Organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle priorities
- Bonus points for experience in legal/regulated environments
- A proactive interest in AI and digital innovation
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on IT support across multiple sites (Windows, Macs, iOS & Android)
- Support case management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Utilize networking knowledge (VPN, firewalls, DNS, TCP)
- Monitor, maintain, and patch servers and infrastructure
- Liaise with external contractors when challenges arise
- Bring fresh ideas around AI, SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, and PowerApps
