Requirements
Must:
I am looking for candidates who have experience in 2nd or 3rd line support, as you will be the one to address escalated problems. Knowledge and skills in Microsoft technologies and Cloud Azure are essential, particularly with Azure VMs, Intune, and Windows. While certification in Azure would be a plus, strong practical knowledge is what we value most. Additionally, candidates must reside in the Folkestone, Dover, Canterbury, Margate, Medway, or Ashford areas for convenient access to our East Kent offices.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will support approximately 200 users across various UK sites as part of a small team headquartered in East Kent. Your responsibilities will not only include resolving support issues but also engaging in various IT project work. Excellent interpersonal skills are expected, as you will need to collaborate effectively and be willing to share your expertise with other team members.
