Requirements
Must:
- Previous master data management experience in an ERP environment such as SAP or Oracle.
- Professionally qualified or equivalent experience in a relevant technical field (SAP, Business Processes).
- An analytical mindset and methodical problem-solving skills.
- Very good interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation and a "can-do" mentality.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- A demonstrable track record of operational leadership and delivery.
- Excellent computer literacy with strong knowledge of MRP, ERP, MDM, and WM systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, including written, presentation, and formal report writing.
- Experience in senior stakeholder management and working in cross-functional teams (internally and externally).
- Demonstrable knowledge and implementation of Operational Excellence principles.
- Previous experience maintaining operating standards in compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP Business Change Processes for Internal Manufacturing (IM) Sites that align with future ways of working.
- Ensure business processes and artifacts supported by the ERP system are fit for purpose.
- Manage the ERP change process and prioritize changes for the Internal Manufacturing area.
- Collaborate with the Business Area and IS Compliance to deliver compliant documentation and testing.
- Work with business leadership to ensure ongoing development and training for system Superusers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Key Users.
- Assess the impact of business changes on global and local business processes.
- Maintain business process documentation to support system usability.
- Support the delivery of training content and facilitate training for business functions.
- Coordinate activities and agree on priorities with Key Stakeholders while adhering to agreed timelines.
- Collaborate globally and locally to ensure comprehensive understanding of the impact of changes.
- Work with other global process owners to ensure proper cross-track integration of processes and systems.
- Execute system testing, including data preparations, test creation, execution, and approval.
- Execute changes to ERP master data as approved by the business.
- Coordinate the setup, validation, and periodic maintenance of material and finished product master data.
- Participate in projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas and regions.
- Ensure data quality, compliance, and consistency of master data across business systems.
- Support business process experts in defining standard operating procedures, process flows, and related documentation.
- Identify areas for data quality improvements and resolve data quality issues through appropriate strategies.
- Ensure the quality of master data in key systems and document processes with other functional data owners.
- Define and implement data strategy, policies, controls, and programs in collaboration with subject matter experts and Master Data Management teams.
- Work closely with the Business/IS to ensure alignment of master data rules and application operations meet requirements.
