- I am looking for someone with a methodological approach to introducing new software, applications, and services to our environment. Project management experience and qualifications would be beneficial. - A thorough administrator-level understanding of Windows 10 and Server 2016 is essential. - I need you to have experience with the Windows registry and file system, along with familiarity in Microsoft Group Policies and Active Directory Scripting using tools such as PowerShell. - Experience in Windows 10 support and patch management using WSUS, LANDesk, or equivalent desktop management tools is required. - It is important that you have experience working in a Citrix 7.x environment. - I also prefer someone with knowledge and practical experience in application packaging, customization, and deployment methodologies and toolsets. - Application virtualization (App-V) on current Windows 10 with centralized management is required. - Experience in delivering engineering tools application support (such as Autodesk or Catia) would be an advantage. - Familiarity with server management and knowledge of VMware is a plus. - Experience in the deployment and customization of Microsoft Office 2016, 2019, and above is necessary. - I want you to contribute to the development of our deployment service, particularly in developing technical methodologies, best practices, policies, procedures, and associated documentation. - Experience in systems management using Ivanti or SCCM as the deployment infrastructure is valuable. - Knowledge and experience with the ITSM/ITIL V3 Reference model is essential. - You should possess good logical diagnostic skills and be able to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, such as registry-related application problems and clashes between applications. - Good report writing and communication skills are important. - I expect you to be capable of meeting deadlines and following a defined schedule. - I value individuals who can innovate and convincingly advocate for change. - I encourage you to be willing to dive into the ‘unknown’ and persist in overcoming challenges.
