Requirements
Must:
I am seeking a candidate with over 5 years of experience in IM/software support. The ideal applicant will have proven experience in leading technical support teams, along with a strong background in trading, risk, and back-office/ERP integration systems. Familiarity with CTRM/ETRM systems, such as Aspect, is desirable. You should be proficient in data analysis and skilled in using issue and software development lifecycle tools, including DevOps, JIRA, and ServiceNow. A capability to build, document, and enhance support processes is essential, with ITIL knowledge considered advantageous. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are a must. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is required, and a postgraduate qualification would be an advantage.
Responsibilities
In this leadership role, you will lead and mentor the IM Marketing Support team. You will define and implement our support strategy, policies, and processes. Your responsibilities will include managing ticketing, escalations, and vendor relationships, as well as collaborating on deployments, enhancements, and service introductions. You will drive proactive monitoring, compliance, and continuous improvement while partnering with business stakeholders to align technology with organizational goals.
