Must:
We are looking for candidates who have experience leading a team of developers. You should possess strong knowledge of JavaScript technologies including VueJS, TypeScript, and Node. Familiarity with AWS and microservices is essential, along with experience in paired programming. Additionally, we value strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to mentor junior team members.
Responsibilities
As the Engineering Manager, you will report to the CTO and manage a small but growing team of developers working across a variety of full-stack technologies. While the role will primarily be hands-off, there will be opportunities for you to contribute technically when needed.

This position is offering a salary of up to £80,000 depending on experience, along with a range of benefits. The role supports a hybrid working model, requiring you to be in our Warrington office two days a week. It is accessible from Bolton, Chester, Liverpool, Manchester, Runcorn, and Widnes.
