Requirements
Must:
We are looking for an SAP FICO S4/HANA consultant with a strong background in SAP and Finance. You should have a degree in Finance, IT, or Accounting, along with several years of experience in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO). You must possess SAP ECC FICO implementation and configuration skills, including experience with banking interfaces, IDOCs, product costing, and support. We value candidates who have knowledge of SAP transactions used in finance and controlling processes, and experience working in a global IT environment with awareness of IT trends is essential.
Ideally, you should demonstrate evidence of the following on your CV:
- SAP S/4 HANA experience
- Experience in SAP Finance (FI)
- Experience in SAP Controlling (CO)
- Product Costing experience in setup and project implementation
- Profitability Analysis (PA) experience in setup and project implementation
- Technical aptitude including the ability to read code and familiarity with SQVI, BAPIs, and user exits
- Project implementation experience with various versions of SAP
- VAT/Tax implementation experience
- Experience with banking interfaces in setup and project implementation
- Familiarity with UX Fiori and Fiori user interface
Responsibilities
As an SAP FICO S/4 HANA specialist, you will be actively involved in the global implementation of S4/HANA. Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities for business process improvements that align with the capabilities of SAP, conducting business analysis and requirements definition, and creating functional specifications. Additionally, you will be responsible for SAP system configuration and ongoing support, as well as fault fixing, change implementation, and testing. Collaborating closely with the Finance function is crucial, and we expect you to value diverse perspectives and contributions within the team.

This is a hands-on role that requires the integration of SAP skills with extensive knowledge of finance and controlling business processes through various implementations. Our global SAP team possesses both functional and technical expertise, and we are committed to optimizing and fully leveraging the potential of our SAP platform.
