Responsibilities
- Administer the SAP Signavio Suite, including Process Manager, Collaboration Hub, Process Governance, Process Insights, and Journey Modeler.
- Manage user accounts, role-based access, groups, and license allocation.
- Maintain workspace configuration, including folder structures, naming conventions, and taxonomy.
- Monitor platform health, performance, security, and availability.
- Handle versioning, approvals, and process publication workflows.
- Own platform maintenance, including patches, upgrades, and feature enablement.
- Configure and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) with identity providers like Azure AD, Okta, and Ping.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and audit requirements while enforcing access governance rules.
- Support integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Solution Manager, and Process Insights.
- Maintain documentation for configuration, system architecture, security controls, and integrations.
- Provide Level 2/3 support for Signavio-related issues and manage user onboarding and offboarding workflows.
- Stay informed on SAP Signavio roadmap, releases, and best practices; automate manual workflows where possible.
