Must:
We are looking for a candidate with strong hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX within an S/4HANA environment. The ideal applicant will have a proven background in real estate contracts, lease management, valuation, postings, and IFRS 16 processes. A deep understanding of configuration, data structures, and system architecture within RE-FX is essential. You should also have experience working on full lifecycle SAP implementations or significant enhancements. The ability to work independently in a remote environment while effectively managing stakeholder expectations is crucial.
Responsibilities
As our SAP RE-FX Functional Consultant, you will lead the functional design, configuration, and implementation of SAP RE-FX solutions. You will analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical and functional specifications. Supporting end-to-end project activities will be part of your role, including workshops, blueprinting, testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with Financial Accounting (FI), Project Systems (PS), and Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting. Additionally, you will provide expert-level troubleshooting, issue resolution, and enhancement recommendations, as well as deliver functional documentation, user training, and post-go-live support while ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
