We are looking for a driven, tech-savvy problem solver to join our Software Support team. You should have experience in diagnosing and resolving software and application issues across various platforms. Familiarity with logging client issues, investigating database errors, and coordinating with Development and QA teams is essential. You will need to be proactive, collaborative, and ready to take ownership in a fast-paced tech environment.

In this role, you will be the go-to Technical Support person, owning each ticket from first contact to resolution. Your responsibilities will include ensuring a smooth and professional experience for our clients every time, investigating issues thoroughly, and providing solutions. This position goes beyond a typical helpdesk job; it allows you to build real relationships and shape how we support our clients.
